FLC Mountain Bike Team Ready for Naitonals in Truckee

The FLC Mountain Bike team has arrived in Truckee, California to participate in the 2009 Collegiate Mountain Bike National Championships held at North Star Mountain Resort.

The Cross Country women will kick off the race weekend and search for a fourth straight overall national championship title. Race starts at 8:00 a.m and will consist of 3 laps that are 7.5 miles each and 800 feet per lap. The men will take to the course at 12:00 and race 4 laps on the same course.

Saturday is a busy day for the team with the Gravity riders competing in the Four Cross and the Endurance riders tackle the Short Track Cross Country.

Sunday will conclude the racing action with the Downhill as the final event of the weekend. Stay tuned to the website for live up to date Twitter feeds.
